About me
Throughout the ups and downs of my own life, I have attended therapy. I found it helped me discover the strength to accept my past and recognise that, although I can’t change what happened, I can pilot the course of my future and govern how I want to live.
After studying Psychology and working for years in HR (mainly in the education sector), I found myself becoming drawn more towards the people (and their wellbeing) aspect of the job. This eventually led to me along the path of becoming a Counsellor.
My interest in working with couples started after years working in dispute resolutions within the workplace as a Mediator. I have always valued the importance of communication between people and in workplace mediation I felt I could bring real value by being a part of a process where parties tried to improve their relationships and process what has happened between them.
